Sam was licensed in 1978 and registered as a Real Estate Broker in 1982.

More recently DeCaria Realty Inc. has been active in low-rise, mid-rise, and high-rise land assemblies construction and development.

Sam DeCaria is a current Board Member of the CCIM Central Canada Chapter and has served as the Past Regional CCIM Vice President representing Canada. CCIM stands for Certified Commercial Investment Member. CCIM Members are recognized leaders in Commercial Investment Real Estate and close more than $200 billion in real estate transactions annually around the world. Sam DeCaria, CCIM is the Broker of Record and President of DeCaria Realty Inc., Real Estate Brokerage. He is also the founding Director of the Autism Canada Foundation and current Director of the Autism LifePath Project.
